Ovidious University about the agency "Study medicine Europe"

This agency is shocking. They are lying through their teeth constantly and gullible students believe every word they say.

I'm interested in studying the Medicine course at your university.

I noticed the agency Study Medicine Europe (SME) says that they have a number of guaranteed and allocated places reserved just for their students, on your university's medical and dental courses. Is that true? SME claim that applying through their agency means that an applicant does not compete against other applicants for a place on the course. Could you confirm the accuracy of this please.

The university sent me the following, and to my surprise those scam artists were in fact lying as you can see the university hasn't even heard of this agency:

Respected [name],

We inform you that we has no agreement with any agencies called study medicine europe.

Also please take into consideration that all of our candidates must give and pass the admission exam.

Staring with 3rd of May 2017, we have opened the file processing session, therefore if you have all your documents ready please come to our office to submit your file,

Please advise the issuing country of yur high school diploma in order for us to provide you with the full admission criteria

A candidate file must contain: (in order for the university to obtain the acceptance letter)

2 sets of:

•           Authorized Romanian translation of the bachelor degree diploma;transcript; sillabus, study plans + original (for candidates that have previously studied university courses)

•           Authorized Romanian translation of the high school diploma and transcript+original

•           Authorized Romanian translation of birth certificate

•           Medical certificate that declares the candidate suitable for the future profession+ ROMANIAN TRANSLATION

•           4 passport size photos

•           Copy of passport (page 1-4)

•           Documet that certifies the official address of the candidate outside Romania+ Authorized Romanian translation

•           Application forms for the ministry of education – collected from the admission office at arrival

•           Application forms for university – collected from the admission office at arrival

•           PROOF OF Processing fee 100 euro - – paid at BCR bank, after file is reviewd by the admission office.

All original diplomas & original transcripts must hold the following stamps:

HAGUE APOSTIL or

•           Ministry of Education in the issuing country

•           Ministry of External Affairs in the issuing country

•           Romanian Embassy or consular office in the issuing country

•           At arrival in Romania the Ministry of External Affairs

•           For European Citizens they must pay also a 50 RON processing fee (besides the university’s processing fee) directly to the Romanian Ministry of Education at:
